How vehicle pickup works
No need to be home. You can book while you're at work.
- 1We confirm the details. Before pickup, Doorstep contacts you to confirm your parking stall and how you'll hand over your key.
- 2You know your driver. We send you the driver's name, photo and phone number before they arrive.
- 3Hand over your key, your way. Meet the driver (they'll show photo ID), or if you're at work, leave your key in a secure spot we agree on together, like a lockbox.
- 4Photos at pickup. The driver sends you a photo from the driver's seat, plus timestamped photos of your car: outside, odometer and fuel level.
- 5Straight there and back. Your car goes directly to A.S Auto Repair Ltd. and back, with no other stops.
- 6Same spot on return. Your car is parked back in the same stall and your key returned the same way, with new photos sent to you.
Your car is covered by A.S Auto Repair Ltd.'s insurance while in their care.
