Who we are

Doorstep is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any building's management, strata council or developer. Some jobs are done by independent service providers, shown as “Provided by” on the service.

Requests and confirmation

• Submitting the form sends us a request. It is not a confirmed appointment yet.
• We confirm the exact date and time with you by email. If your preferred time isn't available, we'll suggest another.
• You can check the status at any time with the private link we give you.

Prices

• Prices are in Canadian dollars. Each price says whether taxes are included.
• The price shown when you submit a request is the price you pay for that job, even if our prices change later.
• For services marked “Quote required”, we send you a price first. Nothing is booked until you agree to it.
• Each service lists what is and isn't included. If the job turns out to need extra work, we'll ask you before doing it.

Payment

No payment is taken on this website. For services, you pay the service provider after the job is done. For household essentials, you pay us on delivery. The service page shows which applies.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, contact us at hello@trydoorstep.ca with your booking reference, as early as you can before your appointment.
